Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with precision
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving account issues
- Cross-sell bank products and services based on customer needs
- Balance cash drawers and maintain accurate transaction records
- Adhere to all banking regulations, security protocols, and compliance standards
- Participate in ongoing training to develop financial knowledge and sales techniques
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve service and sales goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 6 months customer service or cash handling experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Basic proficiency with banking software and MS Office suite
- Must pass background check and credit screening
- Valid California driver's license required for branch mobility
