Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through in-person transactions, account inquiries, and problem resolution
- Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Maintain cash drawer integrity and perform daily balancing procedures
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for bank products and services
- Adhere to strict regulatory compliance and security protocols
- Participate in ongoing training programs to master banking systems and procedures
- Support branch operations through record-keeping and documentation maintenance
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in finance preferred
- Minimum 6 months customer service or cash handling experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Must pass background check and federal banking compliance screenings
- Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation
