Responsibilities
- Process 50+ daily transactions with 99.9% accuracy
- Deliver premium customer service through personalized financial guidance
- Execute cash management procedures including vault balancing and audits
- Operate digital banking platforms and self-service kiosks
- Comply with federal banking regulations (BSA, AML, Reg E)
- Upsell bank products to 15+ qualified customers monthly
- Train on fraud detection and security protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months customer service experience
- Proficient in basic arithmetic and cash handling
