Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers accurately
- Provide exceptional service to clients while resolving account inquiries
- Balance cash drawers and maintain strict compliance with banking protocols
- Cross-sell bank products and services based on customer needs
- Learn and adhere to security procedures and anti-fraud measures
- Assist with branch operations including ATM maintenance and record keeping
- Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance banking expertise
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic math skills and attention to detail essential
- Strong customer service orientation and communication abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
- Proficiency with basic computer applications
- No prior banking experience necessary – we train!
