Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions with accuracy while maintaining security protocols
- Provide exceptional service through in-person, phone, and digital banking channels
- Open new accounts and explain financial products to diverse clientele
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions
- Participate in remote training modules and shadowing sessions
- Adhere to strict compliance standards and banking regulations
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve customer satisfaction goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic math proficiency and attention to detail
- Customer service experience preferred but not required
