Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) using provided banking equipment
- Assist customers with account inquiries, loan applications, and payment solutions
- Maintain accurate transaction records and balance cash drawers daily
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for bank products and services
- Adhere to strict security protocols and fraud prevention standards
- Collaborate with branch team to resolve customer issues efficiently

Qualifications
