Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through personalized service and problem-solving
- Adhere to strict security protocols and compliance regulations for all financial operations
- Actively cross-sell bank products and services based on customer financial needs
- Balance cash drawers and daily transactions while maintaining meticulous records
- Participate in ongoing training programs to develop technical and soft skills
- Collaborate with branch team members to ensure seamless customer experiences
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred
- Minimum 6 months customer service or cash handling experience
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and banking software
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Must pass background check and credit review
- Spanish bilingual skills highly valued for our San Antonio market
