Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with 99.9% accuracy
- Balance cash drawers and maintain secure vault procedures daily
- Provide exceptional service to 50+ customers daily while resolving inquiries
- Promote bank products and services to meet monthly cross-selling targets
- Operate digital banking tools including ATMs and online payment systems
- Comply with all federal banking regulations (BSA, AML) and security protocols
- Participate in weekly training sessions to master new banking technologies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required (college coursework preferred)
- Minimum 6 months customer service experience in retail or hospitality
- Basic math proficiency and ability to operate 10-key calculator
- Strong attention to detail with ability to maintain 100% transaction accuracy
- Valid Maryland driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background check and credit verification
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and mobile banking apps
- Flexible availability including Saturdays (8:00 AM - 4:00 PM)
