Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with 100% accuracy
- Build rapport with clients to identify financial needs and cross-sell bank products
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding account balances, fees, and digital banking tools
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transaction reports
- Collaborate with branch managers to optimize customer service workflows
- Participate in ongoing training to master new banking technologies and products
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Basic math aptitude and comfort handling cash transactions
- Exceptional communication skills and customer service mindset
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and willingness to learn banking software
- Attention to detail with strong organizational abilities
