Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions with precision and efficiency using provided banking equipment
- Provide exceptional service while operating cash drawers, scanners, and security systems
- Assist customers with account inquiries, deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Maintain accurate records using our proprietary banking software
- Adhere to all security protocols and compliance regulations
- Cross-sell bank products and services based on customer needs
- Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance technical skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent customer service orientation
- Ability to operate provided banking equipment after training
- Reliable transportation to our Charlotte training facility
