Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 100% accuracy
- Provide exceptional service to diverse clientele via in-person, phone, and digital channels
- Balance cash drawers and maintain strict compliance with security protocols
- Cross-sell bank products and services based on customer financial needs
- Complete daily reporting and maintain organized transaction records
- Participate in ongoing training programs to master banking systems and regulations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Basic math aptitude and comfort handling cash/financial transactions
- Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible hours
