Responsibilities
- Install and configure hardware/software systems under supervision
- Provide tier-1 technical support to internal staff
- Document IT procedures and knowledge base articles
- Participate in cybersecurity awareness campaigns
- Assist with network monitoring and maintenance tasks
- Complete weekly training modules and certification exams
- Shadow senior engineers during live incident resolution
Qualifications
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English at Grade C/4+
- Passionate about technology and problem-solving
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Basic computer literacy (Windows OS, MS Office)
