Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term product strategy for autonomous AI agents and generative ecosystems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Ethics, UX) to translate technical roadmaps into market-leading solutions.
- Conduct deep-dive research on emerging technologies, predicting trends up to 2026 and beyond.
- Establish governance frameworks for AI safety, bias mitigation, and transparency.
- Lead stakeholder presentations to secure buy-in for high-risk, high-reward projects.
- Optimize product lifecycle strategies to ensure market relevance in a rapidly evolving landscape.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Strategy, or Technical Leadership within the AI/ML space.
- Deep technical understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Neural Networks, and Computer Vision.
- Proven track record of launching successful AI products in a regulated or enterprise environment.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of explaining complex concepts to non-technical executives.
- Experience with ethical AI frameworks and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
