- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and compliance
- Present strategic recommendations to Board of Directors and investors
- Manage $5M+ annual AI innovation budget and vendor partnerships
Qualifications
- 15+ years in AI/ML with 7+ years in executive strategy leadership
- Proven track record scaling AI initiatives to $100M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in generative AI, neural networks, and predictive analytics
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science/AI/Engineering
- Published research in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML)
- Experience building and leading high-performing technical teams
- Certifications in AWS AI/ML or Google Cloud AI Professional
