Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 AI strategy roadmap, aligning with global business objectives
- Lead a multidisciplinary team of ML researchers, engineers, and ethicists
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and quantum computing pioneers
- Drive AI ethics frameworks and responsible deployment standards
- Oversee $50M+ R&D budget allocation for next-gen AI initiatives
- Present strategy to C-suite and board of directors quarterly
- Monitor emerging AI trends (neuromorphic computing, AGI) and adapt roadmap
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/AI or equivalent with 10+ years industry leadership
- Published research in top-tier AI/ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML)
- Proven scaling of AI initiatives to 10M+ user systems
- Deep expertise in quantum machine learning architectures
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design)
- Experience with cross-continental AI governance frameworks
- Strong track record of securing $10M+ in AI research funding
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
