Job Description
Join the Future of Intelligence.
Nexus Horizon Labs is pioneering the next generation of Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) and neural interfaces. We are seeking a visionary AI Research Scientist to lead our research into post-silicon computing architectures and self-evolving neural networks. If you are passionate about defining the technological landscape of 2026 and beyond, we want to meet you.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical neuroscience and practical deep learning, working on breakthrough models that redefine human-machine interaction.
Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and implement cutting-edge neural network models capable of autonomous learning and reasoning.
- Research Leadership: Conduct theoretical and empirical research to advance the field of AGI, publishing findings in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML).
- Algorithm Optimization: Develop novel algorithms for low-latency inference in edge computing environments and quantum-ready frameworks.
- Cross-Disciplinary Collaboration: Partner with neuroscientists and hardware engineers to optimize brain-computer interface (BCI) data processing pipelines.
- Prototype Engineering: Build and deploy scalable prototypes of autonomous agents that can navigate complex, dynamic real-world environments.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD in Computer Science, Computational Neuroscience, or a related field, with a focus on AI/ML.
- Experience: 5+ years of industry experience in deep learning, specifically with transformer architectures or recurrent neural networks.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and CUDA programming. Experience with quantum machine learning libraries is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a track record of publishing high-impact research papers.
- Language: Fluent in English; proficiency in a second language is highly valued for global team integration.
