Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field
- 5+ years building production ML systems at scale
- Expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow and cloud deployment (AWS/GCP)
- Published research in top-tier ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML)
- Strong background in reinforcement learning or NLP
- Experience with MLOps and CI/CD for ML pipelines
- Proven ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
