Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art deep learning models for next-gen AI applications.
- Optimize inference latency and memory usage for edge deployment scenarios.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core products.
- Research and implement novel techniques in Reinforcement Learning and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Ensure data privacy, security, and ethical AI compliance in all model training pipelines.
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers in best practices for MLOps.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in building and deploying machine learning models in production environments.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of statistical modeling and data structures.
- Experience with MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow) is highly preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
