Responsibilities
- Architect next-gen AI systems with 2026+ capabilities in autonomous reasoning and adaptive learning
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams developing quantum-ML hybrid algorithms
- Establish ethical frameworks for AI deployment in critical infrastructure
- Forecast technological convergence points and prepare strategic roadmaps
- Collaborate with neuroscientists to develop brain-AI interfaces
- Present findings at Davos and World Economic Forum summits
- Patent breakthrough technologies in quantum machine learning
Qualifications
- PhD in AI/Quantum Computing or equivalent with 10+ years R&D leadership
- Published research in Nature/Science on transformative AI systems
- Expertise in neuromorphic computing and AGI safety protocols
- Proven track record of scaling ML models to 100+ billion parameter systems
- Deep understanding of quantum-resistant cryptography
- Experience with neuralink-style hardware integration
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow Quantum, and Q#
- Portfolio of deployed systems impacting >1M users
