- Secure $10M+ in R&D funding through grant proposals and industry partnerships
- Mentor PhD researchers in emerging AI ethics and bias mitigation
- Present findings at Davos, AI Safety Summits, and IEEE conferences
Qualifications
- PhD in AI/ML with 8+ years in neural network architecture design
- Published research in Nature/Science on generative adversarial networks
- Expertise in TensorFlow Quantum, PyTorch 2.0+, and Cerebras Wafer-Scale
- Deep learning deployment experience on AWS Braket or Azure Quantum
- Certified in ISO 38507 (AI Governance) and IEEE 7000-2022
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ AI systems deployed at Fortune 100 scale
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages
