Responsibilities

- Mentor cross-functional teams in emerging AI methodologies and ethical frameworks

- Present innovation blueprints to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
Qualifications
- 10+ years in AI/ML development with 5+ years in strategic innovation roles
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Robotics, or related field
- Published research in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
- Expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and edge AI deployment
- Proven track record of launching AI products with >$10M revenue impact
- Strong background in AI ethics, bias mitigation, and responsible AI frameworks
- Experience with quantum computing APIs and neuromorphic engineering
