Responsibilities

- Mentor cross-functional teams in emerging ML methodologies and ethical AI principles
- Secure patents for breakthrough AI architectures with commercialization potential
Qualifications
- PhD in Machine Learning, Computer Science, or Quantum Computing (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years developing production-grade AI systems at scale
- Expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and federated learning
- Published research in top-tier AI/ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
- Proficiency in PyTorch, TensorFlow Quantum, and quantum programming frameworks
- Demonstrated experience with MLOps and CI/CD for AI pipelines
- Strong background in AI ethics, bias mitigation, and explainable AI
- Portfolio showcasing deployed AI systems with measurable business impact
