- Lead cross-functional working groups to translate ethical principles into technical requirements

Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Philosophy, Computer Science, Law, or related field with focus on AI ethics
- 5+ years experience in AI governance, risk management, or technology ethics roles
- Deep expertise in bias detection algorithms and fairness metrics for machine learning systems
- Proven track record developing ethical AI frameworks for regulated industries
- Familiarity with ISO/IEC 42001, IEEE 7001, and other AI standards frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills for translating technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on AI ethics or responsible innovation
