Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics governance frameworks aligned with ISO/IEC 42001 standards
- Conduct bias audits and impact assessments for autonomous systems
- Design stakeholder engagement protocols for AI transparency initiatives
- Lead cross-functional working groups on AI accountability measures
- Advise on regulatory compliance for emerging AI technologies (e.g., generative AI, neural interfaces)
- Establish KPIs for ethical AI performance and continuous improvement
- Author position papers on AI ethics for industry forums and policy discussions
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Philosophy, Computer Science, Law, or related field with AI specialization
- 5+ years in AI governance, data ethics, or responsible AI implementation
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, Algorithmic Accountability Act)
- Experience with bias detection tools (e.g., IBM Fairness 360, Google What-If Tool)
- Proven ability to translate ethical principles into technical requirements
- Strong background in risk management frameworks (ISO 31000)
- Published work or recognized contributions to AI ethics discourse
