Responsibilities
- Develop ethical AI governance protocols for autonomous systems deployment by 2026
- Conduct bias audits and fairness assessments in machine learning pipelines
- Lead cross-functional workshops on responsible AI implementation
- Advocate regulatory compliance with evolving federal AI standards
- Author corporate AI ethics manifestos and transparency reports
- Partner with product teams to embed ethical safeguards in AI features
- Monitor global AI ethics legislation and adapt strategies accordingly
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance or responsible tech policy
- Expertise in NIST AI RMF and EU AI Act frameworks
- Published research on algorithmic bias mitigation
- Experience with stakeholder engagement in tech ethics
- Proficiency in Python for bias analysis tooling
- Strong background in cross-cultural ethical frameworks
