Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI ethics frameworks aligned with 2026 regulatory landscapes and evolving societal norms

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field; PhD preferred
- 5+ years in AI ethics, responsible AI, or governance with demonstrable impact on policy development
- Expertise in bias detection techniques, fairness metrics, and explainable AI methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, proposed US frameworks)
- Proven ability to translate complex ethical concepts into actionable technical requirements
- Experience with cross-functional collaboration between technical, legal, and ethics teams
- Published research or thought leadership in AI ethics, with preference for 2023-2024 publications
- Certification in AI ethics governance (e.g., IEEE CertAI, EIT Digital) highly desirable
