Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI ethics frameworks aligned with global standards
- Conduct bias audits and risk assessments for ML models and datasets
- Lead cross-functional ethics reviews for new AI products and features
- Advise leadership on emerging regulatory trends in AI governance
- Create training programs on ethical AI development practices
- Represent the company in industry coalitions on responsible AI
- Monitor AI deployment impacts through continuous ethical audits
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, or related field
- 5+ years in AI ethics, data governance, or compliance roles
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques and fairness metrics
- Strong knowledge of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Experience with stakeholder engagement across technical and non-technical teams
- Published work or certification in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design)
- Proven ability to translate ethical principles into technical requirements
