Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI ethics frameworks for 2026 product roadmap
- Lead cross-functional audits of machine learning models for bias and fairness
- Design stakeholder engagement protocols for transparent AI deployment communication
- Establish industry-first governance standards for generative AI applications
- Advocate ethical AI principles at international policy summits and conferences
- Mentor engineering teams on responsible development practices
- Publish thought leadership on emerging AI ethics challenges
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 8+ years in AI governance, ML ethics, or responsible AI implementation
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and global AI regulatory landscapes
- Technical proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and bias detection tools
- Proven track record of publishing peer-reviewed research on AI ethics
- Experience testifying before legislative bodies on technology policy
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex ethical concepts into technical requirements
- Certification in Responsible AI (e.g., IBM AI Ethics, Google AI Ethics)
