Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics frameworks aligned with emerging 2026 regulatory landscapes
- Conduct comprehensive bias audits and fairness assessments for AI decision systems
- Develop transparent explainability protocols for autonomous technologies
- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed ethical safeguards into AI development lifecycles
- Advocate for responsible AI practices through white papers, policy submissions, and industry forums
- Lead stakeholder workshops to align organizational values with AI deployment strategies
- Monitor global AI governance trends and recommend proactive compliance measures
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Computer Science, Law, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 3+ years in AI governance, ethics, or responsible tech policy development
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and emerging 2026 regulatory frameworks
- Proficiency in bias detection tools (IBM AI Fairness 360, Google What-If Tool)
- Experience with explainable AI (XAI) techniques and model interpretability
- Exceptional written communication skills for policy documentation and stakeholder engagement
- Proven ability to translate complex ethical concepts into actionable engineering requirements
