Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive AI governance frameworks aligned with 2026 regulatory landscapes
- Lead cross-functional teams in auditing AI systems for bias, fairness, and transparency
- Develop ethical AI training programs for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Represent the company at international AI ethics summits and policy forums
- Establish KPIs for ethical AI performance and monitor system-wide compliance
- Collaborate with product teams to embed ethical considerations into AI lifecycle
- Publish thought leadership on emerging AI ethics challenges and solutions
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in AI Ethics, Computer Science, Philosophy, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance or responsible tech leadership roles
- Expertise in global AI regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF, etc.)
- Proven experience developing ethical AI policies for enterprise-scale systems
- Strong background in machine learning fairness and bias mitigation techniques
- Certification in AI ethics or responsible AI governance preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex ethical concepts
- Published work in AI ethics or technology ethics journals
