- Monitor regulatory evolution (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks) and implement compliance protocols
- Design transparency mechanisms for explainable AI (XAI) implementations
- Partner with policy teams to shape industry best practices for 2026+ AI governance
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, AI, Law, or related field with 5+ years compliance experience
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques for generative AI and autonomous systems
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes (GDPR, EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Certification in AI governance (e.g., CAIGP, CCEP-AI) preferred
- Experience with ethical risk assessment frameworks (e.g., SERI-MTM, Algorithmic Impact Assessments)
- Proven track record in implementing ethical AI in regulated industries
- Exceptional communication skills for translating technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
