As an AI Ethicist & Policy Specialist, you'll work directly with C-suite executives, research scientists, and government liaisons to develop governance frameworks for emerging technologies. Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous systems
- Develop policy recommendations for regulatory compliance (NIST, EU AI Act)

- Conduct risk assessments for high-stakes AI applications
- Collaborate with product teams to embed ethical principles into development lifecycles
- Author thought leadership publications on AI ethics and policy trends
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Public Policy, or Computer Science
- 3+ years experience in AI governance or tech policy development
- Expertise in bias detection algorithms and fairness metrics
- Deep understanding of global AI regulatory landscapes
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with stakeholder engagement across government, academia, and industry
- Published work in AI ethics or technology policy (preferred)
