Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize high-performance 2D rendering engines using HTML5 Canvas, WebGL, and SVG technologies.
- Collaborate closely with the design team to translate complex UI/UX concepts into pixel-perfect, animated interfaces.
- Debug and optimize rendering pipelines to ensure 60fps performance on mobile and desktop devices.
- Implement and maintain animation libraries and frameworks to enhance user engagement.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers on best practices in graphics programming.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in 2D graphics, contributing to a culture of continuous innovation.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in web development with a focus on 2D graphics.
- Expert proficiency in JavaScript, CSS3, and HTML5.
- Strong understanding of the browser's rendering engine and performance optimization techniques.
- Experience with WebGL, Pixi.js, or similar 2D rendering libraries is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work with design tools (Figma, Sketch) and translate assets into code.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
