Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Create and communicate a long-term technical vision that aligns with business goals and emerging technological trends.
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design robust, scalable, and secure systems capable of handling high-volume data and complex AI computations.
- Lead Technical Strategy: Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Bridge the Gap: Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate futuristic concepts into tangible, high-quality software solutions.
- Drive Innovation: Research and prototype emerging technologies (e.g., WebGPU, Edge AI) to maintain a competitive edge.
- Code Review & Standards: Enforce best coding practices and architectural standards across all development teams.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a Lead Architect or Principal Engineer role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with a strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- AI & ML: Practical experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Vector Databases, and Generative AI frameworks.
- Spatial Computing: Familiarity with WebXR, Three.js, or native Spatial Computing SDKs.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading diverse, high-performance engineering teams.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
