Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead research initiatives in AI ethics, quantum computing applications, and biotech convergence
- Direct cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and data scientists in prototyping next-gen solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Present visionary frameworks to investors and board members securing $50M+ annual innovation budget
- Drive adoption of sustainable tech practices across all product development cycles

Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology leadership with 5+ years in strategic innovation roles
- Proven track record launching breakthrough products in AI, IoT, or quantum domains
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Expertise in emerging tech frameworks: Gartner Hype Cycle, Deloitte Tech Trends
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with C-suite experience
- Published thought leadership in IEEE, ACM, or similar tier-1 journals
- Strong knowledge of global tech policy landscapes (US, EU, APAC)
