Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging trends, risks, and opportunities in quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Architect scalable frameworks for decentralized systems and immersive experiences (AR/VR/Metaverse)
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technology strategy with business objectives and sustainability goals
- Author thought leadership publications and present at global innovation forums
- Manage incubation programs for emerging startups in our 2026 accelerator
- Develop patent portfolios and intellectual property strategies for breakthrough innovations
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 8+ years in strategic technology roles
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, neuromorphic computing, or synthetic biology)
- Track record of leading successful technology transformation initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight (e.g., from Singularity University)
- Strong network within global innovation ecosystems and venture capital communities
- Experience with agile methodologies and rapid prototyping in complex technical environments
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for executive and technical audiences
- Published research or patents in relevant technology domains
