Responsibilities

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in technology R&D with 3+ years in futurism/strategic planning
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI ethics or quantum computing
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum simulation platforms
- Demonstrated success in scaling technology from concept to market
- Security clearance or ability to obtain DoD clearance preferred
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic a significant advantage
