Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, AR/VR convergence) to develop 2026-2030 strategic frameworks
- Lead cross-functional workshops to co-create future-state product visions with engineering, design, and research teams
- Develop patent-pending innovation blueprints for next-generation human-machine interfaces
- Partner with venture capital teams to scout and integrate disruptive startups into our ecosystem
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives and industry thought leaders at global forums
- Author thought leadership publications on the societal impact of 2026 technological paradigms
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with demonstrated impact on 5+ year roadmaps
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with focus on human-computer interaction
- Published research in ACM/IEEE journals on future technology ethics or interface design
- Experience scaling tech teams from concept to market leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology, quantum machine learning)
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ future-tech implementations with measurable impact
