Responsibilities
- Develop strategic technology roadmaps for 2026+ product ecosystems
- Lead research on emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, AI ethics)
- Architect scalable solutions for autonomous systems and human-machine interfaces
- Partner with sustainability teams to implement carbon-neutral tech frameworks
- Present future-vision briefings to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Mentor junior engineers on future-proof development methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech R&D with 5+ years in strategic futurism
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Proven track record of shipping enterprise-scale future-tech solutions
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Published research in IEEE or ACM journals on next-gen tech
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation
- Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks for emerging tech
