Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps targeting 2026 market readiness
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, bio-integration) for strategic opportunities
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic forecasts to executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Author thought leadership publications on 2026 technology paradigms
- Mentor junior futurists in trend analysis and scenario planning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption cycles
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Research
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum systems, neuro-interfaces, or decentralized AI
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFP) or equivalent
- Published white papers on tech evolution or disruption forecasting
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi method)
- Strong stakeholder management across technical and non-technical domains
