Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual technology trend forecasts for 2026+ horizon
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities
- Design strategic roadmaps for emerging tech adoption (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Partner with product teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $2M+ innovation portfolio with ROI tracking
- Build and lead a specialized futurist research team
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record of anticipating tech trends (e.g., blockchain, AI)
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum, nanotech, AGI)
- Exceptional presentation and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism
- Experience scaling innovation in enterprise environments
