- Develop and maintain 2026 technology foresight frameworks through market research and trend analysis
- Design strategic roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen digital experiences
- Present future-tech scenarios to executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory impacts on emerging technologies
- Produce quarterly future-tech impact reports for board review
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in tech strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of predicting market disruptions (portfolio required)
- Deep expertise in AI ethics, quantum applications, or neurotech
- Exceptional data storytelling and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and Delphi techniques
