Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026+ technology vision aligned with organizational strategic objectives
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3) to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Design scenario-planning models to assess technological disruption impacts across industries
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions for future market needs
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and R&D labs
- Present futuristic technology roadmaps to executive stakeholders and investors
- Mentor innovation teams in forward-thinking methodologies and foresight techniques
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech R&D
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough technologies or market-defining products
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or Web3
- Executive-level experience translating complex technological concepts into business strategies
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism or innovation (whitepapers, patents, keynotes)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism; PhD preferred
