Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Proven track record of shipping futuristic products to market
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong quantitative and systems-thinking abilities
- Experience with agile/lean methodologies for long-term innovation
