Responsibilities
- Architect and implement technology roadmaps targeting 2026 adoption milestones for AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Develop ethical frameworks for emerging tech deployment, ensuring alignment with ESG principles and regulatory compliance
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and external stakeholders through compelling data narratives
- Manage partnerships with research labs and startups to accelerate technology transfer and IP development
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging technology implementation
- Proven track record of developing and deploying AI/quantum systems at enterprise scale
- Deep expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning, etc.)
- Strong background in ethical AI governance and sustainable tech design principles
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Experience securing federal grants or corporate innovation funding for future-tech initiatives
