Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and technology forecasting for 2026-2030 digital ecosystem
- Design quantum-safe security architectures and AI governance frameworks
- Develop patent-pending neural interfaces and biometric authentication systems
- Coordinate with MIT and Stanford on decentralized research initiatives
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and board of directors quarterly
- Mentor junior researchers in emerging tech methodologies
- Secure $5M+ in federal innovation grants for 2026 initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or AI with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum computing or neuromorphic systems
- Expertise in blockchain consensus mechanisms and post-quantum cryptography
- Track record of scaling AI systems to 100M+ users
- Proficiency in TensorFlow/PyTorch and quantum programming languages
- Experience with DARPA or EU Horizon Europe grant proposals
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global collaboration
