- Lead horizon scanning for emerging tech breakthroughs (quantum, biotech, AR/VR)
- Design strategic roadmaps for sustainable tech integration
- Present innovation briefings to executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish partnerships with academic research labs and innovation hubs
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future-proofing methodologies
- Produce quarterly trend reports with actionable recommendations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AI, Web3)
- Proven track record of launching futuristic products/services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Exceptional strategic communication and executive presentation skills
- Experience with scenario planning and technology roadmapping
- Certification in Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
