Qualifications
- 10+ years in emerging technology leadership roles
- Expertise in quantum-resistant cryptography and blockchain
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering
- Published research in AI ethics or human-computer interaction
- Proven track record of scaling tech teams to 50+
- Proficiency in Python, Rust, and quantum computing frameworks
- Experience with ISO 27001 and NIST AI Risk Management Frameworks
- Speaker at major tech conferences (AWS re:Invent, KubeCon, etc.)
