Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology foresight frameworks through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Create strategic roadmaps for emerging tech adoption (quantum AI, neural interfaces, climate-tech)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-state solutions
- Present futuristic visions to investors and board members with data-backed narratives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D pioneers
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory impacts on 2026 tech ecosystems
- Mentor junior futurists and build internal future literacy programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of successfully commercializing futuristic technologies
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies and scenario planning
- Deep understanding of AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Exceptional storytelling skills for translating complex futures into actionable strategies
