Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the creation and execution of the company's long-term technological and product strategy for the 2026 timeframe, aligning technology initiatives with business goals.
- Trend Analysis: Continuously monitor emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Edge Computing) and assess their potential impact on the industry.
- Roadmap Development: Develop detailed technology roadmaps, identifying key milestones, resource requirements, and investment opportunities.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex strategic concepts to C-level executives and board members in a clear, compelling, and persuasive manner.
- Innovation Labs: Establish and manage internal innovation labs to prototype and validate new concepts before full-scale deployment.
- Competitive Intelligence: Analyze competitor technology strategies to identify gaps and opportunities for differentiation.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, strategic planning, or product management.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to think strategically and execute plans that deliver tangible business results.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of current and future technology trends, including AI, Cloud, and Data Analytics.
